Damaged Mail Ballot? You Can Still Vote.
Wet, torn or stuck to its envelope, a damaged ballot does not cost you your vote. Open it today — if it's damaged, you can replace it by mail, surrender it and vote in person, mark and mail it back, or ask the county for a corrected ballot.
Do not accept a replacement mail ballot handed to you in person.
