About This Event
Every Postcard Is a Conversation. Every Conversation Can Win a Vote.
Early voting is almost here, and the races on our ballot will be decided by who shows up. A handwritten postcard from a neighbor is one of the most effective ways to remind a voter that their voice matters, and it only takes a few minutes to write one.
Southeast Texas Democratic Women invites you to an evening of postcard writing at the Jefferson County Democratic Party Headquarters. Come for an hour or stay the whole evening. Every card you write is a voter reached.
What to Expect
🍷 Wine, nibbles, and lots of camaraderie
Postcards, voter addresses, and sample messages ready to go
Great energy with fellow Democrats who are fired up to win
No experience needed, just your heart and your handwriting
Bring
Your favorite pen
A friend, a neighbor, or your whole crew
Why It Matters
Texas elections are won and lost by small margins. Personal outreach raises turnout, and turnout is how we win in Jefferson County and across Southeast Texas.
Making It Happen starts with you. Pour a glass, grab a pen, and let's write our way to victory!
